The updated “feed-in” feature helps ensure things are still bound correctly even if the timing isn’t perfect. Plus, there’s a knot-release system that carefully let’s go of the knot, so it doesn’t damage the products.
It uses different types of elastic cord with it, like Cylastic PES, Cylastic PCs 1300, and Cylastic 3K. It’s designed to be easy to use, tough enough for non-stop work, and needs very little maintenance. It’s also not too noisy.
It can do up to 100 cycles per minute and is made of stainless steel, so it won’t rust in wet conditions. You can use it by hand to bundle things like oysters and veggies, or it can be part of a bigger automatic production line.
